96 din Legea educa\u021biei na\u021bionale nr. 1\/2011,<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Av\u00e2nd in vedere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Art.21, 22 din Regulamentul cadru de organizare \u0219i func\u021bionare a unit\u0103\u021bilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt preuniversitar 2016 aprobat prin OMEC&nbsp; nr. 5447\/ 31.08.2020;<\/li><li>Cererile p\u0103rin\u021bilor<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Potrivit prevederilor art. 10 \u2013 12, art. 14 alin.(1) din Metodologia \u2013 cadru de organizare \u015fi func\u0163ionare&nbsp; a consiliului de administra\u0163ie din unit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt preuniversitar, aprobat\u0103 prin OMEN nr. 4619 din 22 septembrie 2014 cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare,<\/li><li>Procesul-verbal de \u0219edint\u0103 al Consiliului de administra\u021bie;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HOT\u0102R\u0102\u015eTE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art.1<\/strong> \u2013 Aprobarea urm\u0103toarelor cereri de transfer\/retragere ale elevilor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sters  (GDPR<\/strong>)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art.2 &#8211; <\/strong>Cu ducerea la \u00eendeplinire a prezentei hot\u0103r\u00e2ri se \u00eencredin\u021beaz\u0103 serviciului secretariat \u2013 responsabil, Cotfas Manuela \u0219i serviciul contabilitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
