de \u00eentre\u021binere la<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;Liceulu Tehnologic D\u0103rm\u0103ne\u0219ti<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consiliul de Administra\u0163ie al&nbsp;<strong>Liceului Tehnologic D\u0103rm\u0103ne\u0219ti&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00eentrunit \u00een \u015fedin\u0163\u0103 extraordinar\u0103,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lu\u00e2nd \u00een considerare,<\/li><li>&nbsp;Art.&nbsp;&nbsp;96 din Legea educa\u021biei na\u021bionale nr. 1\/2011,<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Av\u00e2nd in vedere:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Regulamentul de organizare \u0219i func\u021bionare a unit\u0103\u021bilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt preuniversitar&nbsp;&nbsp;aprobat prin OMEC nr. 5477\/ 2020<\/li><li>Potrivit prevederilor art. 10 \u2013 12, art. 14 alin.(1) din Metodologia \u2013 cadru&nbsp;de organizare \u015fi func\u0163ionare&nbsp;&nbsp;a consiliului de administra\u0163ie din unit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt preuniversitar, aprobat\u0103 prin OMEN nr. 4619 din 22 septembrie 2014 cu modific[rile ulterioare<\/li><li>&nbsp;Prevederile HG 286\/ 2011 cu complet\u0103rile si modific\u0103rile&nbsp;ulterioare<\/li><li>Procesul-verbal de \u0219edint\u0103 al Consiliului de administra\u021bie:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HOT\u0102R\u0102\u015eTE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Art.1<\/u><\/strong><strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Se aprob\u0103 scoaterea la concurs a&nbsp;<strong>unui post de fochist\/ muncitor de \u00eentre\u021binere&nbsp;<\/strong>la Liceul Tehnologic D\u0103rm\u0103ne\u0219ti&nbsp;pe perioada nedeterminata<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong><u>Art.2<\/u>.\u00a0<\/strong>Se aproba Comisia de concurs av\u00e2nd urmatoarea componenta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STERS (GDPR)\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong><u>Art.3<\/u>.\u00a0<\/strong>Se aproba Comisia de solu\u021bionare a eventualelor contesta\u021bii av\u00e2nd urm\u0103toarea componen\u021b\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STERS (GDPR)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><u>Art.4.<\/u><\/strong>Atributiile comisiilor mai sus mentionate sunt cele prevazute in HG 286\/ 2011 cu complet\u0103rile si modific\u0103rile&nbsp;ulterioare<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><u>Art.5<\/u><\/strong><strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Se aproba fi\u0219a postului \u0219i&nbsp;&nbsp;conditiile de participare la concurs care sunt mentionate in anexele 1, 2 a prezentei hot\u0103r\u00e2ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><u>Art.6<\/u>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Se aproba&nbsp;&nbsp;calendarul&nbsp;&nbsp;concursului men\u021bionat in anexa prezentei hot\u0103r\u00e2ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<u>Art.7<\/u>.P<\/strong>revederile prezentei hot\u0103r\u00e2ri se \u00eencredin\u021beaz\u0103 directorului si serviciului Scopul general al postului:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asigurarea\/ supravegherea instala\u021biilor, exploatarea \u00een condi\u0163ii de securitate a cazanelor de abur, ap\u0103 fierbinte, ap\u0103 cald\u0103 \u015fi abur de joas\u0103 presiune \u00een vederea furniz\u0103rii apei calde \u015fi c\u0103ldurii \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i gr\u0103dini\u021be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Obiectivele postului:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Asigurarea la parametrii optimi de func\u0163ionare a instala\u0163iilor de \u00eenc\u0103lzire \u0219i sanitare de la Liceu \u0219i gr\u0103dini\u021be;<\/li><li>Efectueaz\u0103 diverse lucr\u0103ri de \u00eentre\u021binere \u0219i repara\u021bii<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Descrierea sarcinilor\/ atribu\u0163iilor\/ activit\u0103\u0163ilor postului:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verific\u0103 zilnic la intrarea in post instalatiile termice \u0219i sanitare din toate cl\u0103dirile si remediaza defectiunile si\/sau anunta existenta acestora administratorului\/directorului<\/li><li>Se ingrijeste si raspunde de buna functionare a intalatiilor termice, electrice, sanitare si de producere a apei calde.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verific\u0103 \u00een permanen\u0163\u0103&nbsp;&nbsp;starea de func\u0163ionare a centralei \u015fi a elementelor componente la parametrii corespunz\u0103tori;<\/li><li>Asigur\u0103 temperatura de 18-20 grade \u00een centru pe perioada octombrie-aprilie;<\/li><li>R\u0103spunde de ordinea, cur\u0103\u0163enia \u015fi igienizarea centralelor termice \u015fi \u00een jurul acestora;<\/li><li>Executa reparatii curente si lucrari de intretinere la instalatiile sanitare&nbsp;\u0219i diverse&nbsp;lucrari de intretinere si reparatii curente \u00een institu\u021bie..<\/li><li>Utilizeaza judicios materialele necesare lucrarilor de intretinere si reparatii.<\/li><li>Ajuta la lucrarile de igienizare a scolii \u00een timpul verii.<\/li><li>Contribuie la asigurarea securit\u0103\u021bii institu\u021biei.<\/li><li>In timpul iernii va&nbsp;&nbsp;participa la desz\u0103pezire.<\/li><li>Foloseste integral programul de lucru pentru rezolvarea sarcinilor de serviciu<\/li><li>Respecta normele cu privire la paza si stingerea incendiilor si normele de protectia muncii.<\/li><li>In caz de calamitati, avarii sau defectiuni are obligatia de a se prezenta la locul de munca.<\/li><li>Executa si pastreaza curatenia in sectorul lui de activitate<\/li><li>Ajuta la descarcarea marfurilor primite<\/li><li>Prime\u015fte \u015fi solu\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u015fi alte sarcini trasate de conducerea institu\u0163iei, pe linie ierarhic\u0103, \u00een limita competen\u0163elor profesionale pe care le are.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>R\u0103spunde de buna func\u0163ionare a obiectelor \u015fi echipamentelor pe care le de\u0163ine \u015fi nu are voie s\u0103 \u00eenstr\u0103ineze obiecte de inventar aflate \u00een gestiunea institu\u0163iei;<\/li><li>Respect\u0103 orele de program evit\u00e2nd \u00eent\u00e2rzierile \u015fi plec\u0103rile din timpul orelor de serviciu;<\/li><li>Se interzice venirea \u00een stare de ebrietate sau consumarea b\u0103uturilor alcoolice \u00een unitate, precum \u015fi folosirea unui limbaj vulgar;<\/li><li>\u00ce\u015fi \u00eensu\u015fe\u015fte \u015fi respect\u0103&nbsp;&nbsp;legisla\u0163ia \u00een vigoare cu privire la protec\u0163ia copilului \u015fi legisla\u0163ia specific\u0103 activit\u0103\u0163ii proprii;<\/li><li>Prime\u015fte \u015fi solu\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u015fi alte sarcini trasate de conducerea institu\u0163iei,&nbsp;&nbsp;pe linie ierarhic\u0103, \u00een limita competen\u0163elor profesionale pe care le are.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Descrierea responsabilit\u0103\u0163ilor postului:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\"><li>Privind rela\u0163iile interpersonale \/ comunicarea :<ol><li>Stabile\u015fte \u015fi men\u0163ine rela\u0163ii profesionale cu \u00eentreg personalul institu\u0163iei \u015fi are o atitudine politicoas\u0103;<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>R\u0103spunde de corectitudinea \u015fi promptitudinea cu care furnizeaz\u0103 informa\u0163iile din domeniul s\u0103u de activitate;<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Sesizeaz\u0103 administratorul\/directorul ori de c\u00e2te ori apar probleme;<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Fa\u0163\u0103 de echipamentul din dotare :<\/li><li>Respect\u0103 procedurile interne legate de utilizarea \u015fi p\u0103strarea \u00een bun\u0103 func\u0163ionare a echipamentului din dotare;<\/li><li>R\u0103spunde de p\u0103strarea bunurilor care se afl\u0103 \u00een sectorul s\u0103u de activitate \u015fi nu are voie s\u0103 \u00eenstr\u0103ineze\/deterioreze materiale \u015fi obiecte de inventar;<\/li><li>R\u0103spunde de informarea imediat\u0103 a administratorului privind orice defec\u0163iune \u00een func\u0163ionarea corespunz\u0103toare a instala\u0163iilor;<\/li><li>Privind securitatea \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103tatea muncii:<\/li><li>\u00ce\u015fi \u00eensu\u015fe\u015fte \u015fi respect\u0103 prevederile legisla\u0163iei din domeniul securit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii \u00een munc\u0103;<\/li><li>\u00ce\u015fi desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 activitatea \u00een conformitate cu preg\u0103tirea, instruirea \u015fi recomand\u0103rile angajatorului, pe linie ierarhic\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu expun\u0103 la pericol de accidentare sau \u00eemboln\u0103vire at\u00e2t propria persoan\u0103 c\u00e2t \u015fi alte persoane (copii\/tineri\/adul\u0163i) care pot fi afectate de ac\u0163iunile sau<strong>&nbsp;omisiunile&nbsp;<\/strong>sale \u00een timpul activit\u0103\u0163ii;<\/li><li>Cunoa\u015fte modalit\u0103\u0163ile de acordare a primului ajutor;<\/li><li>Interzice accesul si stationarea nejustificata a oricarui angajat in incinta centralei termice<\/li><li>Respecta si cunoaste RI<\/li><li>Cunoa\u015fte modul de folosire al stingatoarelor din dotarea unitatii\/ centralei termice;<\/li><li>In caz de incendiu, calamitati sa cunoasca planul de evacuare si sa anunte imediat seful direct.<\/li><li>Privind regulamentele \/ procedurile de lucru:<\/li><li>Cunoa\u015fte \u015fi respect\u0103 con\u0163inutul documentelor relevante pentru munca sa Codul etic \u015fi procedurile de lucru specifice;<\/li><li>P\u0103streaz\u0103 confiden\u0163ialitatea informa\u0163iilor \u015fi a documentelor de serviciu;<\/li><li>Respect\u0103 principiile care stau la baza activit\u0103\u0163ii institu\u0163iei \u015fi regulile deontologice;<\/li><li>&nbsp;P\u0103streaz\u0103 confiden\u0163ialitatea informa\u0163iilor \u015fi a documentelor de serviciu;<\/li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Raspunde la solicitarile inspectorilor PSI, SSM, ITM, lucratorilor desemnati prin decizia directorului si sa coopereze cu acestia<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nu absenteaz\u0103 nemotivat, aduce la cunostiinta in timp util sefului, momentul cand nu se poate prezenta la serviciu, indiferent de motivul invocat de acesta<\/li><li>Aduce la cunostiinta sefului direct, orice accident suferit de propria persoana<\/li><li>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Nu scoate din functiune, sa modifice, sa schimbe sau sa inlature arbitrar dispozitive de securitate<\/li><li>Respect\u0103 principiile care stau la baza activit\u0103\u0163ii institu\u0163iei \u015fi regulile deontologice;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Condi\u0163iile de lucru ale postului :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\"><li>Programul de lucru:<strong>&nbsp;8 ore\/zi, 40 de ore pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 respectiv 7.00-15.30 cu 30 minute pauz\u0103 de mas\u0103;&nbsp;<\/strong>Programul poate suferi modific\u0103ri \u00een func\u021bie de nevoile unit\u0103\u021bii.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Indicatori de performan\u0163\u0103 (SMO):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Modul de \u00eendeplinire realizare corespunzatoare, cu eficienta si profesionalism a tuturor atributiilor de serviciu prevazute in fisa de post;<ul><li>Modul in care asigura confortul in unitate;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Modul de r\u0103spuns la alte solicit\u0103ri dec\u00e2t cele curente;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>7.
